GoVoyage is the cheapest travel eSIM in the market — and we put money behind it. If you find the same eSIMfor less at a major eSIM seller on the same date, we’ll refund you the difference. No gimmicks. That’s our Lowest Price Guarantee.

What we guarantee

We continuously price our plans to beat the competition. If a comparable eSIM is genuinely cheaper elsewhere, you should never pay more by choosing GoVoyage — so we make up the difference.

What counts as a valid claim

• Identical eSIM — the same coverage (same country or region footprint), the same data allowance, and the same validity period.
• A major eSIM seller — a comparable, reputable provider such as Airalo, Saily, Holafly, Nomad, or aloSIM.
• Standard listed price — the regular publicly listed price, in the same currency, excluding limited-time promotions, flash sales, coupon/voucher codes, cashback, loyalty points, bundles and student/affiliate discounts.
• Same date — the competitor price must be live and dated the same day as your GoVoyage purchase, evidenced by a screenshot or link showing the price, plan details and date.
• Within 7 days — submit your claim within 7 days of your GoVoyage purchase.

How to claim

Email support@govoyage.ai with:

• Your GoVoyage order email and approximate purchase time.
• Proof of the lower price — a screenshot or link clearly showing the competitor, the identical plan (country/region, data, validity), the price and currency, and the date.

Once we verify the claim, we refund you the price difference — to your original payment method, via PayPal, or another method we agree with you— typically within 5–10 business days.

The fine print

• The guarantee covers the price difference only, not a full refund of your purchase.
• Prices are compared in the same currency; where currencies differ we convert at the prevailing exchange rate on the claim date.
• We may decline claims we reasonably believe to be inaccurate, manipulated, or not genuinely comparable.
• One successful price-match per order. The guarantee can’t be combined with a separate refund of the same order.
• GoVoyage may update or withdraw this guarantee at any time; the terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that order.

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights or our Refund Policy.
