Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of travel eSIM data plans from GoVoyage.ai, operated by Aladdin Technologies Ltd(“GoVoyage”, “we”, “us”), 7 Kent House, Stratton Close, Edgware, London HA8 6PR, United Kingdom (Company No. 16170227). By purchasing or using our service you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

GoVoyage resells mobile data eSIM packages supplied by our connectivity partners for use while travelling. An eSIM is a digital SIM delivered electronically; it requires an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to confirm your device is compatible before purchase (see our FAQ).

2. Purchases & delivery

Prices are shown in US Dollars and charged via our payment processor, Stripe. After successful payment your eSIM is delivered instantly on the confirmation page and by email (QR code plus manual installation details). You are responsible for providing a correct email address.

3. Accounts

You can purchase as a guest. To manage your eSIMs later you can sign in passwordlessly with a one-time email code, or with a password if you set one. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the data service lawfully and in line with the fair-use limits of your chosen plan.
  • Do not resell, tamper with, or attempt to fraudulently obtain eSIM profiles.
  • Coverage, speeds, and network availability depend on local carriers and are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellation & refunds

Because eSIMs are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: an unused, not-yet-installed eSIM may be eligible for a refund; once installed or once data has been used, plans are generally non-refundable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoVoyage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of connectivity caused by your device, local network conditions, or factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant plan.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
