This policy explains how Aladdin Technologies Ltd(“GoVoyage”) handles your personal data when you use GoVoyage.ai. We act as the data controller.

1. What we collect

Email address — to deliver your eSIM and let you access your purchases.
Order & eSIM data — the plans you buy, ICCID, usage, and status.
Payment data — processed directly by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
Basic technical data — e.g. IP address for fraud/abuse prevention and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

To provision and deliver your eSIM and provide customer support.
To process payments and prevent fraud (incl. bot protection at checkout).
To send transactional emails (your eSIM, receipts, important service notices).

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors we use

Stripe — payment processing.
Supabase — secure database & authentication hosting.
Our eSIM connectivity provider — to provision your eSIM.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Cloudflare Turnstile — bot/abuse prevention at checkout.

4. Retention

We keep order and eSIM records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@govoyage.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
