Refund & Cancellation Policy

eSIMs are digital goods delivered instantly. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded. We want you connected and happy — if something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Eligible for a refund
- Not installed & unused — if you have not installed the eSIM and no data has been used, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Technical failure on our side — if the eSIM could not be provisioned or delivered, or is faulty through no fault of your device/network, we will refund or replace it.
- Accidental duplicate purchase — contact us promptly and we’ll refund the duplicate.
Not eligible for a refund
- The eSIM has been installed and/or data has been used.
- Issues caused by an incompatible or carrier-locked device — please check compatibility before buying (see our FAQ).
- Local network/coverage conditions outside our control, or a change of travel plans after activation.
How to request a refund
Email support@govoyage.ai with your order email and approximate purchase date. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
This policy is in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
